Fabio has always cultivated a passion for architecture, beauty, well-being and good food. For over forty years he has animated the "Ristorantino da Fabio" in Zollino, where he welcomes guests from all over the world with warmth and authenticity, making everyone feel at home.

The Dream

How was the Relais born?

In 2025 Fabio decides to realise a new dream: to create a place that combines hospitality, taste and harmony. He chooses Casamassella, a small village set in the most authentic Salento, to give life to the Relais da Fabio.

A few kilometres from the coast of Otranto, the Relais is an intimate refuge with five rooms, designed to offer an experience of tranquility, energy and beauty. Each environment is cared for in detail and tells a personal story: the rooms have female names inspired by Fabio's family ties, making each stay an encounter with his history and with the soul of the place.
